Strawberry Festival June 24th, 9-4

Milford United Methodist Church will be holding its annual Strawberry Festival from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 24, rain or shine, inside the Fellowship Hall and the grounds around the church at 206 East Ann Street.

More than 30 vendors will be on hand. Other highlights include the church’s famous strawberry shortcake with ice cream, hot food, and as bake sale. As part of the Milford Music Festival, Methodist Pie and Friends will perform acoustical music throughout the event. Breakfast is available for purchase from 7 to 9 a.m.

UMC hosts these festivals annually to support its local missions and the work of the church.

  1. What a rip off…you should be ashamed of yourselves. One of the postings for this mentioned “enjoy mounds of juicy strawberries”. We made a special trip here to get strawberries. If this is how you minister to your flock, you are very deceitful

    1. Hi! Thank you for your comment. We’re sorry you didn’t not enjoy the festival, and worse, that you felt deceived. That was certainly not our intention. Although the Strawberry Festival has changed a lot in the past, Milford UMC continues to provide Strawberry Shortcake and we believe we offer generous amounts of strawberries on that delicious dessert. We sell out every year. But we will take your comment as an opportunity to evaluate our festival for the future. Thanks!

  2. My lady friends and I had a great time today! The strawberry shortcake was great We felt your pricing on food and baked goods was very reasonable! Good job!
